I like the game, but needs improvement
Love tower defence games. Not a fan of this. Very limited places to put your towers. Also you need to earn upgrades to replay levels instead of it being only skill based.
Its pretty useless to play this game after some levels. You can't apply strategy after some levels because you can't win unless you start watching the ads to collect gems to buy additional weapons. So if you can watch ads endlessly to be able to win this game by crook, then there's no strategy to be applied, just watch ads, buy big weapons, and win the levels. Happy ad watching 😅✌🏻

Ive played this game for years, but the app has been updated to make it immensely difficult. Why would they do that...? Oh, so that people get frustrated and spend money on upgrades! If they just charged a small amount for the game I wouldn't mind, but the constant hassle to buy stuff and fake deals are annoying. Uninstalled!

Nice game but unfortunately crashes easily upon launching without allowing you to ever reenter. And there is no way to save your progress. Very bad.
This game is a classic old game from 2011. I recommend playing it free on pc at armorgames. Can't turn vibration off. Has expensive shop for minimal content. Has shop notification that doesn't disappear. Phone version is designed in a way that is nearly impossible without using gems to progress.
The game is usually pretty fun but has a few annoying glitches such as sometimes about 4 or 5 minutes into a round(~6+ waves in) the coins will just stop accumulating so you can sit at the same amount of coins for like a minute while you're in heated battled getting rekt by the computer player and then they will just randomly start accumulating again.
Good for the first 5 levels, then the difficulty spike jumps and you have 3 options. Watch heaps of ads to get gems, and watch how quickly you waste them, grind the first few levels for gems, and watch how quick you waste them, or buy gems, and if you buy enough you might just survive. This game really isn't free to play.
Definitely pretty good, although need some Regular monthly updates for new and better experiences!!!

It could have been a great game if it was possible to pass some levels without extra help. You need to buy some stuff to pass those impossible levels.

It's an amazing game. Everything I see is great. The only reason I give it four stars is the Spectral Knight. It is a great enemy, but there was one slight oversight. It's immunity to physical damage also makes it immune to the fat boy. You know, the item that is designed to kill EVERYTHING on the battlefield? So, change the fat boy's damage type to true, and five stars. 👍
The Dark Tower level stops you because it actually hurts your hands to press as fast as you have to and then the boss transforms and just wipes the floor with you at the end anyway, ruined an otherwise great game!
Tips and Tricks to Get Better at Kingdom Rush on PC
Not sure what happened but it feels like game was made harder to force purchases. I have played it free years ago, levels used to be balanced and upgrading towers was fun. Now, gold just takes forever to accumulate to upgrade towers.
The game itself is fun, but i find the depiction of atomic bombs very insensitive. As someone living in Japan and constantly reminded of the destruction, I wish this game wouldn't portray it in such a flippant manner. I try to farm gems as much as I can before going into the shop bc I this unpleasant, blood-stained reminder is extremely hurtful and unnecessary.

Nearly unplayable on newer phones. If the application loses focus, it freezes. This is incredibly frustrating, especially when it's so easy to make the switch applications gestures, which is enough to kill it and lose all progress. Look for a dev update on this one. The gameplay seems good. Microtransactions haven't been an issue an hour or two in on the hardest setting, but I expect to hit the microtransaction roadblock at some point. I'm hoping for paid version without microtrans.

it drops strategy for twitch. it starts as a good tower defense game, then devolves into a twitch game where you have to play whack a mole on your towers. if your looking to see how fast you can tap ad naseum over andnover and over and over, this is the game for you. if you want a strategy game go elsewhere.

It was my computer game of choice during middle school for a reason. A really fun tower defense game with modifiable difficulty, making it the perfect game for all sorts of people. I'd wish it didn't quit the current match when you switch tabs, but what can you do. Tapping the "start wave" button is a bit of a hassle too.

I thought it was pretty fun. Seems unlimited or nearly unlimited for ad-watching for in-game currency. Not that many stages, though. And it's impossible to beat certain levels without using items purchased with the in-game currency.
Its a good game. Sure you have to pay for some of the heroes but this is a moblie game. So there is bound to be something to pay for if a free-to-play company wants to make money. The gameplay is nice. Some units are annoying but if ypu deal with them with the right towers its not so painful anymore. All and all, good game.
If you want gems for the game, but don't want to spend real money, then you have to watch ads... except that the game freezes after you finish watching some ads so you have to restart the game and dont get the gems you watched the ad for 🙄
